We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator/Drafter to join our team. This position will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and creating technical drawing to support project planning, bidding and execution. On-site Training will be offered.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Associates or Bachelor's in Engineering Technology, Drafting, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong math, analytical and technical skills.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare estimates for jobs assigned by the manager
• Develop estimates with assistance for small jobs for all divisions
• Assists as required by the Manager of Estimating for large projects
• Maintains and keep current labor rates for bricklayers, laborers, carpenters, ironworkers, operating engineering and all trades. Training will be offered.
• Able to adapt to change in a professional and productive manner. 

Entry Level salary starting at $45,000

Salary will be based on experience.

On-site training will be offered.
