GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Maintain company's financial records, reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end closing procedures to ensure accuracy according to GAAP.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES OF THE JOB:
- Prepare/assist with account reconciliations and adjusting/manual journal entries
- Enters relevant financial data and verifies accuracy
- Provide data and analysis to senior management and other departments
- Prepare/report sales tax, withholding, and other financial filings with federal or state government entities
- Provide assistance as requested to Accounting Management

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Accounting preferred
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years of corporate accounting experience preferred

SALARY RANGE: $20-$30 per hour depending on experience & education.
