Accountant

Job description:

Maintain company's financial records, reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end closing procedures to ensure accuracy according to GAAP.

- Prepare, enter, and post manual journal entries

- Prepare/assist with balance sheet account reconciliations

- Enters relevant financial data and verifies accuracy

- Provide data and analysis to senior management and other departments

- Provide assistance as requested to Accounting Management

Must be able to follow prescribed office policies and procedures and obey all safety rules. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information. Report to work in a neat and well-groomed appearance to ensure a good corporate image and represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.

Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Associates Degree in Accounting with 3+ years of experience required.

0-2 years of corporate accounting experience preferred

Work in office environment

Strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to work with limited supervision, ability to work in teams

Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all assigned duties
