Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person and remote support for Windows systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts.
- Assist with basic network monitoring.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT preferred.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred; Security+ a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Salary Range: 40,000 - 70,000
Salary will be based on experience
